This is obviously very different from yours. This is the same image I attached in my previous message, showing what my safari security settings are. I have already tried clearing history and resetting for Safari but since I don't use it anyway (only chrome) it didn't help. I spent over an hour with Apple Support on the issue before I came to this forum and they were unable to help me solve the problem, saying it was an Adobe issue and not an Apple issue. You can also go to Safari - Official Apple Support Communities (user-to-user forum) for assistance. If these options don't work, please contact Safari - Official Apple Support as it is their product that is not allowing you to enable the plugin. Does the right pane allow you to manage Flash Player settings?.
